“MAD SCIENCE” was all around the Enumclaw Expo Center Exhibit Hall on Thursday evening, February 11 during the STEM Expo! This event presented by the Enumclaw Schools Foundation and the Enumclaw School District and sponsored by The Boeing Company, Helac Corporation, Enumclaw Expo Center, Enumclaw Rotary Foundation, Pacific Metallurgical, Welsh Commissioning Group, Friends of Enumclaw Library and Breedt Production Tooling was free to all K – 12th grade students as well as their families and members of the community.

The purpose of this annual STEM Expo is to excite students about career opportunities connected to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Many businesses provided hands-on exploration opportunities including strawberry DNA extraction, robotics, a computer museum featuring a very old Mac computer and floppy disk, school district Google Chromebooks and much more! We hope you enjoy these photos, showing some exploration in progress.
