Flat roofs throughout most of Enumclaw High School have been repaired over the years, however, they have exceeded their lifespan and are due for replacement. The new structure will be designed and built for longevity.

Old lighting systems in certain sections of the building are inefficient and potentially hazardous.

Older univent heating systems in classrooms are inefficient and difficult to control. They are also costly to repair.

The HVAC system at Enumclaw High School is a combination of systems that have been added over the decades to sections of the building. High maintenance costs, inefficiency, and older boilers all are issues with this system. The bond will provide a uniform, efficient heating and cooling system.

Locker rooms - The varsity locker rooms are small and were designed and constructed at a time when there were fewer athletic teams at the school. All other schools in our league have more updated facilities.

Training rooms - The EHS Athletic Training Room is very small, and does not meet the needs necessary to provide care and support of our athletes.
