Immunization Resources
There are several immunization resource options available.
1. Call and make an appointment with your personal health care provider.
2. Auburn Health Department
Call the Auburn Health Department at 253 833-8567 to schedule an appointment. There is a $20.00 visit fee, and a $15.00 vaccine fee for each vaccine. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and medical coupons accepted. Some vaccines are available on a sliding scale based on family size and income. Call for details (No child will be denied state mandated vaccinations because of inability to pay). Same or next day appointments are generally offered. The Auburn Health Department address is 20 Auburn Ave in the basement.
3. Good Samaritan Mobile Health at South Hill Mall

Good Samaritan Mobile Health will give immunizations at South Hill Mall located inside the mall near Mervyns. *Children’s immunizations are free of charge; however a donation of $10.00 administrative fee would be appreciated.
4. Good Samaritan Mobile Health at the Buckley WIC

6. Enumclaw Community Hospital
On May 22nd from 10:00-4:30
Enumclaw Community Hospital will be hosting a free children’s immunization clinic. Community Memorial Hospital may be reached at 360.825.2505.
Remember to take your immunization record book with you to your appointment, and contact the nurse at your child’s school with updated immunization information.
