Enumclaw School District provides bus transportation to and from schools, for field trips, and extracurricular activities. Buses are inspected annually by the Washington State Patrol.
Riding the school bus is a privilege that may be denied to any student who does not demonstrate acceptable behavior. Bus rules are given to students at the beginning of the school year, and included on this website.
Please have your child at the bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
Parents are reminded that, for safety purposes, students are to ride the regularly assigned bus at all times unless permission has been granted by school authorities. If you wish your child to ride a different bus, please send a note to school with the day's date, child's name, address they are going to, and your signature. The note must be signed by an administrator before the driver will let your student on board.
Bus Schedules For Late Arrival Days
During the school year Enumclaw High School has late arrivals on specific Wednesdays. On those days, buses operate on a slightly different schedule.
Buses for middle school students run approximately 10 minutes later. Buses for High School students run approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes later. The Wednesday late arrivals are listed in the Calendar Section; see the High School Calendar for the current school year.
Student Discipline
Discipline procedures are designed to assure every student has safe transportation to and from school and school-sponsored activities. Violations of the rules on a bus, at a bus stop, or at a loading area may be sufficient reason to discontinue bus transportation privileges.
