Enumclaw School District Removes Beef In Question
On January 31 the USDA issued a beef warning and requested all agencies receiving beef through a commodities program to pull USDA A608 beef from their food supply.

Football Coach
After a rigorous application and interview process Enumclaw High School Principal David Dorn announced the selection of the new Head Football Coach.

The following letter from Superintendent Nelson and the input form were mailed along with a letter from Mr. Dorn to all EHS students on Friday, February 8.

2008 State Champions
The EHS Wrestling team fulfilled their goal on February 16 by earning the school's first ever state wrestling title.

Bandfest '08
On March 5th, 6th and 7th, 40 bands from the United States and Canada performed at Bandfest '08 at the University of Victoria.

May 22 - Full Day of School
Students will be in school a full day on Thursday, May 22 which was originally an early release day. Friday, May 23 will be a district wide Early Release day. There will be no school on Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.

Kindergarten Registration and Orientations
The Enumclaw School District will hold its 2008 kindergarten registration and orientations in April.

Global Reading Challenge
The King County Library System sponsors the Global Reading Challenge, which is open to 4th and 5th grade students.

Choir Solo Ensemble
The three EHS soloists that went to the Green River Music Region Solo and Ensemble Contest held at Auburn HS, all received SUPERIOR ratings.
