Arena Conferences - Tuesday, November 24th, 5-8 p.m.
All parents and students are welcome to attend arena conferences. Participants will be able to access any one of their teachers for a conversation. For arena conferences there is no appointment necessary.
At this event, teachers will be seated "arena style" around the commons by department and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents are welcome to visit with teachers in any order. It is not necessary that parents meet with all teachers at this event. We are requesting that individual conversations be held to a five minute maximum. If you need longer than five minutes, there will be a sign-up sheet available for a follow-up meeting. In addition, please be advised that our conferences are very busy, and parents may have to wait in line to speak with teachers. We appreciate your patience during this process.
If there is a specific teacher you would like to connect with that needs longer than five minutes you are welcome at any time to contact any of your child’s teachers to set up a conference about your student’s progress.
