PUBLIC COMMENT:
The board president, Mr. Stanwood, will announce the time for public comment during section III of the agenda, “Hearing of Persons Desiring to Address the Board as a Whole.” You will be asked to type your name and email address into the chat bar. The board president will call on each person in the order in which their name and email address has been received. This information may also be used for follow-up communication if necessary.
- You will be allowed 3 minutes to speak. The board president may terminate an individual's statement when the allotted time has passed and may interrupt a speaker to require the same standard of civility that the board imposes on itself. Please reference Board Policy 1400 for examples of uncivil comments
- In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, the board is not allowed to discuss items not on the agenda.
- When it is your time to address the board, please unmute your microphone. When your three minutes is complete, please return your microphone setting to mute.
