Learning Model, Cohort Group
and Teacher Assignments
Prior to Winter Break, elementary teachers and administrators communicated student cohort, teacher and learning model assignments. Hybrid students have been assigned to a student group (A or B). In the hybrid model, elementary students will attend two days a week in person (Group A- Monday/Wednesday Group B- Tuesday/Thursday) and continue to receive at-home learning for the other three days. At-home learning may include take-home assignments or other methods of asynchronous delivery and may not include a weekly learning module. If you have questions regarding your student(s) Learning Model, Cohort (Group A or B) or Teacher Assignment please contact your school directly.
Additional Information regarding secondary students (grades 6-12) will be provided once registration for the remote learning model has closed.
Face coverings are required on all campuses and busses for ages 5 and up. Face coverings are encouraged for ages 3-4. Please ensure that your student has (one or more if necessary) a mask/facial covering to wear throughout the day during their two in-person learning days. Physical distancing will also be required while your student is on school district property.
Daily Health Survey Attestation:
All staff and students are required to complete a daily health survey. Families/Students will complete the health survey through Family Access in the morning before each in-person school day begins. Students who do not have a health survey submitted will need to complete a health screening upon arrival to school.
