ACADEMIC AND STUDENT WELL-BEING RECOVERY PLAN

ENUMCLAW EQUITABLE PRACTICES DECISION - MAKING TOOL

The purpose of this tool is to provide all stakeholders of the Enumclaw School District a systematic way to ensure equitable practices in instruction, programming, staffing funding, and policy are a priority throughout the organization. All members of the Enumclaw School District community are valued and needed to further the human rights and social justice mission of this school district and surrounding communities. As a district, we know there is more work to be done to address issues of racial injustice and inequity.

Enumclaw School District is committed to looking inward as we work to ensure equitable opportunities and outcomes for all students. To support and inspire each student to learn, lead and impact our community and the world around them. We plan to use this tool in any/all decisions that impact students and families of the Enumclaw School District.

ENUMCLAW ACADEMIC AND STUDENT WELL-BEING RECOVERY PLAN

The Academic and Student Well-being Recovery Plan will help local education agencies prepare for the year ahead and will provide OSPI and stakeholders with a statewide view of how local education agencies are supporting academic and well-being recovery and acceleration.

Local education agencies will submit their Academic and Student Well-being Recovery Plan in three phases, allowing them to engage in and plan for continuous improvement cycles, and time to design and implement powerful and equitable systems to support student needs and plan for long-term system changes. All three phases are iterations of one singular plan in which local education agencies build an initial plan, collect data, monitor progress, make adjustments, and implement deep, sustained improvements over time.
