Students learning about local honey and beesThis week, all 4th and 5th-grade ESD students had the opportunity to participate in the first-ever Agriventure field trip at the Enumclaw Expo Center, and it was a huge hit!

Each class was led by local 4-H and FFA students through 13 agricultural exhibits and activities hosted by local farmers and agricultural experts! Students were very engaged, and there was no shortage of questions or smiles!

"Agriculture touches every part of our lives — from the food we eat to the clothes we wear and so much more! Educating the next generation is vital to keeping agriculture at the forefront of the conversation and helping young people understand the importance of our farming and ranching communities."

Thank you to the Enumclaw Expo Center for hosting this wonderful opportunity for our students! Thank you to the Enumclaw Schools Foundation and other sponsors for supporting this event!
