The Enumclaw School District is committed to ensuring students are engaged every day in learning that is deep, authentic, irresistible, and exciting.  The Teaching and Learning Department is dedicated to supporting staff and students in their pursuit to improve student learning and achievement for all students.

We believe that teacher expertise and creativity are essential to the development and delivery of a curriculum that is successful in meeting the many needs of diverse learners.  Our department strives to collaborate with our teachers to ensure we deliver quality professional development for new and experienced staff and provide leadership in the design, development, and implementation of curriculum.

We devote our energy and resources to ensuring our students graduate from Enumclaw with the academic and social-emotional skills necessary to allow them to be successful in the innovation era.
